Terms & conditions

  • You must have a valid ticket for the event to be presented at the check-in counter.
  • Please allow the volunteers to provide specific hand band and guide to the specific seating zone.
  • Kindly adhere to the guidelines from volunteers for your comfort and safety.
  • Please be seated in the seats allocated to you and do not interchange between Premium & Standard.
  • Premium tickets are allocated in the front 5 rows with restricted access. 
  • Standard tickets are allocated (on first come first serve basis) starting from 6th row in the auditorium.
  • FREE Parking onsite, please follow instructions from parking staff.
  • All the attendees are required to oblige with local laws and regulations during the event and organizers do not take responsibility for the violations by the audience.
  • As it is a public venue, smoking restrictions and alcohol consumption restrictions do apply and all the participants must abide by the rules. 
  • Event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to attendees who violate the event’s rules.
  • Strictly NO refunds.
